What problem did they have?

Innovative Service Routes needed a CRM that could handle all aspects of a service industry including routing, billing (with multiple merchant providers), scheduling, pricing, order placement, and communication with email, sms, and voice, and all of the reporting that goes with these services. They also needed a mobile app for service and sales.

What was our solution?

Nimblewire was able to build a working solution within 4 months and then advanced the services over several years to support a SaaS model. This model lets the owner resell the iRoutes Suite of applications to other trash can cleaning companies in the industry. Hosting costs are kept low through a multi-tenant model. The solution is used by companies across the United States and Canada.
